Moscow based private equity investment group Mint Capital has acquired a minority stake in A-Dept Company for an estimated USD 5 million. The percentage and volume of shares as well as the transaction statistics and financials are not available.

A-Dept was founded in 2002 and has become the largest Russian manufacturer of specialized laminate tubing used in the packaging of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, tooth paste and various other pasty products.
The company supports over seventy clients from Russia and the surrounding regions. Its internationally known brands include Nevskaya Kosmetika, Kalina, and Fora Pharm.
A-Dept operates its own production facilities and personnel that range from manufacturing to design and development.
