Mid Europa Partners has acquired 94% of the shares outstanding of Medycyna Rodzinna S.A. from Enterprise Investors.

Medycyna Rodzinna, with a turnover of around € 14 million, is the sixth largest private healthcare provider in Poland. The Company serves over 300,000 patients through 17 clinics, and operates the largest network of clinics in Poland, cooperating with over 200 network providers.
In 2006, Medycyna Rodzinna acquired AVI, a diagnostics business. Through AVI, Medycyna Rodzinna also has an important presence in the diagnostic services industry.
