Digital Avenue, a MCI Management investment, acquires Medousa

D igital Avenue has acquired a 74% interest in Medousa Sp. z.o.o, a provider involved in the distribution of online gaming and mobile telephony solutions.

Founded in April 2007, Digital Avenue’s objective is to develop and consolidate enterprises in the scope of digital entertainment and content and media. The Company specializes in the provision of online and mobile telephony entertainment solutions and concentrates its activities in music, radio, Internet advertising and e-commerce. The Company’s previous acquisitions are Iplay Sp. z.o.o., Medousa Sp. z.o.o. and Streemo.pl Sp. z.o.o.
