Leading Czech private equity firm, Genesis Capital Ltd. completed a leveraged buyout (LBO) of CTS-servis s.r.o. in December 2007. This acquisition added to an already impressive list of investments by Genesis Capital’s private equity fund, GPEF.
Other Genesis investments include AB Facility, Pietro Filipi, Candy Plus, VltavaStores, CCS, Gumotex, ESB, and ETarget. CTS-servis s.r.o. continues to be managed as a private company with operations in both the Czech Republic and Sweden.
They are currently looking for a partner to help sell hookloaders in the Swedish market.
