Polish private equity fund MCI Management acquired 50.11% shares of Invia.cz, the largest Czech online travel retailer.

Invia was set up in 2000 and is the leading online travel retailer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Additionally, Invia is active also in Hungary and Romania.
Invia sold travel services for more than € 50 million in 2007 and served over 87,000 clients.
