MCI Management invests into Polish company Belysio Sp.z.o.o.

MCI.TechVentures 1.0, managed by MCI Group, acquired 24.23% of Polish company Belysia, a mobile social networking portal. The Fund will ultimately acquire up to 40% stake in the company, together with selected co-investors.

Belysio is a mobile Java applet intended for mobile phones. Belysio allows the creation and usage of a mobile community. The software is free and can be used on most phones of leading mobile manufacturers available today. It is independent of GSM operators or user’s region or country of residence.
