The purpose of the fund is to eliminate the point of discontinuity existing between financing schemes for product development and private venture capital investment. The target enterprise should have potential to develop into growth enterprises.

Ambient Sound Investments is an investment company of four Estonian co-founders of Skype, using its assets to fund budding international technology enterprises.
