Donfin, whose most important owners are Mohar Satler Investicije, acquired Slovenian company Donit Tesnit d.d. from its current owners Arx Equity Partners (former DBG Eastern Europe).
The transaction is valued at € 15 million, whereas € 11.85 million was financed through a loan from Unicredit Bank Slovenia.
