Mid Europa Partners increases shareholding in T-Mobile Czech Republic and Ceske Radiokomunikace

Mid Europa Partners agreed to acquire up an additional 37.3% stake in Falcon Group from their consortium partner Lehman Brothers taking their own ownership in the Group to 74.6%. Falcon Group owns 100% of Ceske Radiokomunikace and 39.23% of T-Mobile Czech Republic which it acquired in November 2006.
