Okna Rąbień was founded in 1997 and now is the number two market player in Poland. Besides Poland, it is one of the leading window producers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Altogether, Okna Rąbień exports to more than 10 countries in both Eastern and Wesern Europe.
In 2008, the Company’s estimated turnover is € 60 million and has 550 employees.

Penta is a Central European investment group established in 1994. It operates in the private equity and real estate sector. In the private equity, it manages an evergreen fund of its five partners, the company’s only shareholders.
