B ancroft Private Equity, in a press release, has stated that it acquired a 94.36% share of Mraziarne a.s. Presov. Mraziarne a.s. Presov is the Slovakia-based producer of ice cream.

Frost (Mraziarne a.s. Presov) is one of the largest producers of frozen fruit and vegetables, ice cream, fish, and ready made frozen meals in Slovakia. Founded in 2001, its primary brand, Frost, is the best selling ice cream product in the country.
