Troika Venture Fund Invests USD 4.5 million into Evernote

R ussian Troika Venture Fund led an investment into online productivity company, Evernote. The total volume of the transaction reaches USD 4.5 million. Evernote will use the funds to further develop and market its product.

Based in Sunnyvale, California, Evernote is a privately-held company that promotes its product that allows users to use notes, pictures and memory aids to assist its customers with information overload.

The application allows for users to capture information from any source in their online and physical life, making it available for recall. Formerly, just a computer program, Evernote has moved its product into many portable devices.
