Returnil to be Financed by VTB Venture Fund

VTB Capital, the investment arm of the VTB Group, continues its funding of Russian enterprises with a capital investment in Returnil, a leading provider of computer security and virtualization solutions. VTB will provide the financing through its RUB 3.061 million VTB Venture Fund, which was established in 2007 and is managed by VTB Asset Management.

Returnil was founded in 2007 as a software developer offering security products for both home and business. Today their product line includes antivirus, network security, and computer virtualization software for personal, commercial, and corporate use. The company claims more than 100 worldwide partners as well as resellers and an online store. Their customer base includes individual users, small and large businesses, non-profit organizations, schools, government agencies, and OEMs.

Returnil is a privately held company with offices in Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia and Nanjing, China.
