iVCi and 3TS Capital Announce Co-Investment for 3TS Cisco Fund

3TS Cisco Growth Fund is set to receive a significant boost via a co-investment deal between 3TS Capital Partners and Istanbul Venture Capital Initiative (iVCi). 3TS Capital partners, a CEE private equity firm, will join forces with iVCi to provide a €6 million investment aimed at helping the technology, media, and telecom sectors grow in Turkey.

iVCi was established in 2007 as Turkey’s first dedicated fund of funds and co-investment program, and is managed entirely by the European Investment Fund (EIF). The fund, with total commitments of €160 million, provides investments to small and mid-sized companies in Turkey.

iVCi’s list of investors includes the Development Bank of Turkey, the European Investment Fund, National Bank of Greece Group, Garanti Bank, the Small and Medium Industry Development Organisation of Turkey, and the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey.
