Mobilizy GmbH, the mobile device software startup, is beginning the venture capital stage of development with investments from GCP gamma capital partners (GCP) and tecnet capital. GCP’s investment will come through its Gamma II fund, which just recently completed successful exits of 123people and FatFoogoo.
Estimates peg the market for mobile apps to be near USD 2.2 billion by the year 2015. GCP believes Mobilizy is in a prime position to become a major global player in the market by then.
