In what is believed to be a USD 70 million dollar transaction, HI Capital bought a 20% share in Russia’s Pharmacy Chain 36.6. The chain is the largest drug retailer in that area. The stake was purchased from SIA International, a drug distribution company.

Pharmacy Chain 36.6 is the largest drug retailer in Russia, providing health and beauty products in 29 Russian regions. At this time, Pharmacy Chain 36.6 has 1084 pharmacies and employs over 9000 people.
