Edipresse, a Swiss media group, has taken over a majority stake in Pomocini, a Polish online marketplace. Edipresse acquired all the shares held by BMP Media Investors AG (17.24%), as well as the shares held by angel investors and other small holding companies.

Pomocini was established in 2008, and offers a large variety of household services to the Polish market. It is, by far, the largest provider of child care information in the country, with other household services quickly gaining in share. Since its inception, Pomocini has seen a growth rate of 134%.

Edipresse is an international media group based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The company currently publishes over 180 magazines throughout Europe and Asia, and is actively expanding into the Internet market.
Edipresse was created in 1998, however, the company dates back to 1762 and has been active in the printing and publication industry since that time. Edipresse has over 2800 employees, with half of that number working in their international offices.
