Yuri Milner puts up Mail.ru shares for sale

Russian entrepreneur and venture capitalist Yuri Milner is currently seeking to sell a portion of his shares in Mail.ru – the namesake company that runs the nation’s leading web portal, email service and top two IM services – with an asking price of USD 60.7 million. The valuation is based on the September 19 closing price of USD 35.72 per global depository receipt on the LSE.
