Russian start-up online sporting goods, leisure and travel products retailer Heverest.ru has roped in an additional round of funding worth USD 1.3 mln from Rollingahead and eVenture Capital Partners. This round of investments will be used to expand its offered product range, enhance customer service capabilities and market the site to attract additional traffic. A strong forecast based on current revenues and sire traffic indicates that sales will touch USD 100 mln in the next few years.

Heverest.ru was launched in June of this year by Vladimir Kim with funding from Russian incubator Fast Lane Ventures. Delivering all over the Russian Federation, the company offers an array of branded travel, sporting and adventure equipment and services. In a short time, the company has signed up with 30 suppliers of branded goods and the site already boasts a count of 420,000 unique visitors.
