Considered to be one of the largest PE firms in the CEE region, Enterprise Investors (EI) are gunning for a EUR 650 mln investment for its eighth and newest fund. The new fund, when active, will target Romania and surrounding countries in the region. The Warsaw, Poland-based investment management company began their first fund in 1990, called the Poland-American Enterprise Fund, and since then has successfully managed six other funds until now. The company typically uses institutional investors as its partners, and promises attractive returns on their investments. The new fund is likely to follow the same route as their past funds.
